I accompany parents during their child's birth to provide non-medical care: emotional support, physical comfort measures and information to help parents make informed decisions during the birth. I also provide support to families in the days/weeks after the baby's birth. I work with Peninsula families from San Mateo to Mountain View. I am also lesbian and of course, open to all kinds of family configurations!

This is an extremely popular program with great success for participants. Diabetics have seen their blood sugar numbers level out in one week!!

I specialize in Weight Loss for Women and Training for Women over 50! In addition to weight bearing exercises and cardiovascular training I also incorporate exercises that improve posture and increase core strength, flexibility and balance.

I have over 21 years of experience in fitness and hold four Personal Training certifications:

NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), Parrillo Performance, DBKV (leading German institution)

Sessions are held in total one-on-one privacy in my in-home studio in Albany, CA.
