Meditation Mondays!

Soul Support: Meditation Mondays!
July 14, 2008 7:00 - 9:00 pm Free
A peaceful world depends on each of us finding our own inner peace.
Meditation brings peace and calm to body and mind. As we learn to nurture our inner core of well-being, we discover heightened states of awareness. With regular practice, our faculties of perception and intuition become finely tuned. This shift in consciousness allows us to perceive our true soul nature, as well as the inner guidance to live our lives more fully.
