here are the details: Private entrance, private bath. It is furnished with 1 twin bed, has kitchenette and small shower/bathroom. 1940’s style cottage feel with knotty pine on the walls, many windows and a skylight. Quiet area, looks out onto large covered patio and garden setting, close to 880 & 680, 20 minutes to San Jose, 40 minutes to Oakland. Easy street parking, shopping and weekly farmer’s market one block away. Gardening space available.
The main thing is that there is a kichenette, but no “kitchen”, per se, meaning there is no stove/oven, but there is a nice med-sized frig, and kitchen-type storage. But it is a fine and cozy set up if you don’t cook a lot. There is also an air conditioner for summer, and heat in winter is via space heater, provided. Studio size is approx 250 SF.
Monthly rent: 650/month, and 40/month utilities (electricity and trash). Includes use of nice washer and dryer in adjacent garage included. The utilities payment goes to the folks in the front house, as there is no separate meter for this unit.
Only ONE resident,No smoking or loud partiers. The folks in front are very quiet and respectful, so anyone who would like to live here needs to be quiet and respectful as well. Sorry, no pets. Please have credit refs and background check available, or be prepared to cover costs of these items.

Total cost for move in: 400 damage deposit + 650 first month’s rent + 650 last month’s rent + $1700 total move in cost.
