Join San Francisco’s LGBT opera club for an evening of opera, conversation, chocolate, and laughs. We’ve been going strong since 1999. Beginners, die-hards, and everyone in between welcome!
This month we’re watching the filmed version of Rossini’s “La Cenerentola,” with Bay Area favorite Frederica von Stade singing the main role. The DVD gets 5 stars on Amazon. A typical review: “Pure wow!.. just about one of the most perfect ways to spend a couple of joyous hours. ”
This month’s event is at 6 pm Saturday the 11th at a home on Potrero Hill. Potlucks are limited to 10 people so everybody gets a chance to chat and get to know each other.
