Queer collective looking for a fourth roommate, available November 1st. Our house is a second floor Victorian flat at 29th and Mission Street. The neighborhood is great with diverse restaurants and street life, food shopping and laundry mat within the block, as well as fabulous transportation (14,49,24,26,67,J Church). There are currently one lesbian (50y.o.) and two queer guys (24 and 40y.o.) — the other lesbian moved back to Europe. Sadly, the landlord doesn’t allow any pets. The room is smallish (9.5′x11.5′), on a lightwell, in the middle of the hallway. Current rent is $500 a month, with a $600 security deposit. There is a large shared livingroom, kitchen and sunroom.
