Queer Women Health/Activity Starting in Feb

If you are interested in a friendly queer women health/activity group with no strings attached you might want to join us. We will be doing yoga/streching/meditations in the morning and going for walks with other queer women. We will not be doing major strenuous aerobics or hikes but be regular and consistent with out realistic approach to being active and healthy. So it is great for women over 40.
Let me know if you want to join.
*Yoga/Meditation/Streching: *Every Wednesday and Friday between 9 - 10 am (starting Feb 4th) 2337 7th St, Berkeley, CA 94710 (once you enter the front gate take the path leading to the back garden)
*Weekly Walks:* I am trying to do one this week and I have a few time-slots in mind. Please respond and I’ll send you the choices and once you respond we can figure out what works for most of us. I suggested we start with a walk around Lake Merritt and meet up in front of Whole Foods (Harrison & Bay).

Ongoing Invitation for Rainbow Women’s Chorus Spring Season! Come SING with us! Rehearsals are every Monday at 7 PM at Morrill Middle School, at the corner of Cropley and Morrill in North San Jose. We’ll be singing great Hollywood tunes like You’ll Never Walk Alone, Nine to Five, On the Street Where You Live, Seize the Day, Seasons of Love, La Bamba, Over the Rainbow (of course!) and more. There’s nothing quite like standing in the middle of women’s voices raised in song. We encourage all women to join us –opera singers and shower singers alike– you just need to be able to carry a tune. Come to one of our first rehearsals and see for yourself.
