Home Share Housemates wanted Single mom and 10 yr old child Piedmont School District I’m looking for a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Piedmont with the right single parent and kid. I am a single lesbian mom with a 10 year old son. Share lease or sublet from me. I believe in structure and setting limits and then loving and having fun within that space. We do laugh a lot. My kid is athletic, verbal, and has a pretty easy temperament.  He’s with me about half time. I work for a local non-profit. I’m a funny, extroverted person, but often need downtime at home to recharge my batteries. I’d like to live with another mom with whom conversation is easy, but we give each other space. My current lease is up  May 31; I’d like to find someplace and move in any time after May 1 through the summer – whenever we find the appropriate place.
