Billy DeFrank - Help Save the Center!

— admin @ 2:30 pm

I know you have been hearing rumors about the DeFrank Center for several months now, but some more recent cuts in government funding has brought us to the point where the community seriously needs to step up and do something. I have personally found that I can give more if I make smaller, regular contributions over a longer period of time, rather than one large donation at one time. I really hope you can help. Please read Paul Wysocki’s attached article and visit the DeFrank Website at https://www.defrankcenter.org/index.php?option=com_dtdonate to sign up for a monthly donation. This is your community and the DeFrank is your Center. Chris Flood

Adventuristas Club

— admin @ 7:30 am

I’m starting a social collection of women over 50 interested in a not so quiet slide into ‘maturity’. I’m hope to meet others interested in potlucks, weekend gatherings, etc, and I am open to any and all suggestions. If any of the following appeal to you please drop me a note: sporting events, music and art festivals, international travel, RVing, living in Mexico or somewhere else part time, volunteering vacations, fishing, sailing, houseboating on the delta, houseswapping in palm springs, new orleans, hawaii, or some other exciting place.
Anyone going to Burning Man? Please, I can’t be the only middle aged bohemian artsy lesbian who appreciates this event. I want to hear from you!!!
