You’d be sharing a beautiful home with 2 older professional women in a very serene ,warm, family like atmosphere located Castro Valley( quite, safe neighborhood) - We have a nice room “12 by 12″, with a sliding door going out to the deck and backyard that’s like walking out to paradise. We have a great backyard for some fun bar-b-ques in the summer. You also would be sharing a bathroom. We’d prefer someone over 35,(but will at least meet you or talk to you as long as you are” MATURE” RESPECTFUL,CLEAN-NO DRAMA, NOT INTO PARTYING) Were looking for another female that is wanting a place to call home. Do you enjoy working in the garden? Enjoy cooking and not wanting to eat alone all the time, or can’t cook but enjoy other peoples cooking (I love to cook) somewhat social, not necessarily a social butterfly. My home is located near Bart, bus-stop, all grocery stores (Trader Joes, Peets coffee) and 10-15 minutes away from Cal State. I have a golden retriever that loves people, expects you to play with him when he brings you his toys, a very friendly cat who truly is the master of us all. If you have a “small mellow dog” that doesn’t chase cats, digs up flowers, or a cat that is dog friendly (grin) and can be social with my animals “wonderful”.
The room is ready now. 1st and last $ 550.00 month $1100.00 total (I’m willing to negotiate last month as we all are in a bad way with finances (150.00 deposit if you have an animal ).You must have a job or be a student with income or if on unemployment show proof.
We share household chores. We split PG& E, T.V., and Internet 1/3 each. We do have Comcast. All together it adds up to approximately $625.00a month We have a front load washer and dryer (saves you lots of quarters LOL) There are 2 of us, were professional woman that are very laid back when home. When were home at the same time, we enjoy having dinner together (it’s nice, and very family like setting)
