Third Annual Lesbian Summer Camp Pinnacles National Monument April 30, 2010 to May 2, 2010 Hollister, California Join us for the Third Annual Lesbian Summer Camp at Pinnacles National Monument. A fun weekend of woman, camping, hiking, playing in the swimming pool, and music by the campfire. Pinnacles National Monument consists of the spectacular remains of an ancient volcano that rises out of the chaparral-covered Gabilan Mountains. Massive monoliths, spires, sheer-walled canyons and talus passages define millions of years of erosion, faulting and tectonic plate movement. Pinnacles is a release site for the endangered California condor. The condors may sometimes be seen from hiking trails throughout the park.
